Managing or cancelling your subscription
Change your card, get invoices, or stop renewing.
Where to go
Open Subscribe from the sidebar and press Manage subscription. That opens your billing page with our payment provider, where you can:
- Update your card
- Download your invoices
- Cancel the subscription

Manage subscription Opening…What happens when you cancel
You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling doesn't cut you off that day — it stops the next renewal. If you cancel on day 3 of a month you've paid for, you have 27 days left and they're yours.
After that date, your account stays exactly as it is: your history, notes, favorites, folders and highlights are all kept. You go back to the free allowance, and everything you already answered stays readable.
Coming back
Subscribe again whenever you like and you pick up precisely where you left off. Nothing has to be rebuilt.
If a payment fails
Your card is retried, and you'll hear from the payment provider. Updating your card on the billing page is usually all it takes.
